PRIVATE 1:1 SESSIONS

Traditional one-on-one sessions remain the most effective way to train with a fitness coach. My mission for 1:1 on sessions is as simple as this: being there for you every step of the way as you achieve your goals. Whether you’re looking to lose weight, build lean muscle mass, improve your stability, or get ready for a 5K; I systematically create workouts that are designed to help you get there. Through periodization, I program exercises for you that not only target muscles that need strengthening, but I seek to improve your overall mobility and stabilization to minimizes soreness and improves your daily functional movements. I recommend we train at least twice a week but I have flexibility to train up to 4 times per week if needed.
