PRIVATE 1:1 SESSIONS
Traditional one-on-one in person sessions remain the most effective way to train with a fitness coach. My mission for 1:1 on sessions is as simple as this: being there for you every step of the way as you achieve your goals. Whether you’re looking to lose weight, build lean muscle mass, improve your stability, or get ready for a 5K; I systematically create workouts that are designed to help you get there. Through periodization, I program exercises for you that not only target muscles that need strengthening, but I seek to improve your overall mobility and stabilization to minimizes soreness in your daily functional movements. I recommend we train at least twice a week but I have flexibility to train up to 4 times per week if needed.
I’m in consistent communication with my clients throughout the week. When signing up with me, the in person sessions are the meat of the sandwich, but i’m also texting with clients throughout the week, sending them homework, talking diet, and making sure they’re taking the appropriate measures to reach their goals outside of the 2-3 sessions they see me each week. I take a holistic approach with clients, and mind- body- spirt includes an overall lifestyle, which is crucial to realize goals.
